Not So Long Ago, I Was Right Where You Are Now!

I was overwhelmed and not sure what to do to build a business that was in alignment with my goals, passions, values and my ideal life. I wanted a solid business but I also wanted time to enjoy my family.

I had built a business without strategy and structure. I was undercharging, over-delivering, and over-extending myself, because I was running a business without a solid plan and strategy.

I looked at how the majority of people in my industry had modeled their businesses and that just wasn’t a good fit for me (given what I know today, it wasn’t a good fit for them, either).

I finally reached a point where I knew something had to give. I had to figure out how to have my cake and eat it, too.

With that being said, I didn’t exactly know how to go about building the business of my dreams while living the life of my dreams.

I finally realized that the key to business success really is in the structure of the business.

It took a little bit of trial and error to get the “recipe” just right, but now I have a rock-solid business foundation that allows me to have my cake and eat it too.
